L6ACCESSIBILITY

Accessibility statement.

Last updated: 25 April 2026

Arden Cole Group is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, in accordance with the principles of the European Accessibility Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. This statement specifies our level of compliance, any identified non-conformities and the means to report an accessibility difficulty.

01

Our commitment

Digital accessibility is a guiding principle in the design of our site. We consider that a strategic intelligence firm must be accessible to anyone likely to access quality strategic information, regardless of their sensory, motor or cognitive capabilities. We strive to comply with international accessibility standards and to correct identified gaps within reasonable timeframes.

02

Target compliance level

Our compliance objective is the WCAG 2.1 AA level, which constitutes the reference standard for institutional sites and is required by the European Accessibility Act for private services from June 2025.

At the date of publication, our site presents partial compliance with this standard. A complete audit process is underway and identified gaps will be corrected progressively. We publish below the current state of this compliance with full transparency.

03

Already compliant elements

HTML semantic structure. Pages use the correct hierarchy of titles (a single H1 per page, H2 for sections, H3 for subsections), paragraph tags for body text, and semantic navigation elements (header, nav, main, footer).

Keyboard navigation. All site features are accessible solely from the keyboard, in a logical tabulation order. The brief request modal can be closed with the Escape key.

Colour contrasts. Contrasts between text and background respect WCAG AA thresholds (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). The gold-on-navy palette has been calibrated for this purpose.

Alternative attributes. All meaningful images have a descriptive alt attribute. Decorative elements (hero SVG visual) are marked aria-hidden to avoid disrupting screen readers.

Declared multilingualism. Each page correctly declares its language via the lang attribute on the html element, allowing screen readers to adapt their pronunciation.

Motion reductions. Animations are designed to be discreet and affect neither readability nor comprehension. No animation lasts more than five seconds and no flicker frequency exceeds 3 Hz, in compliance with photosensitive epilepsy requirements.

04

Identified non-conformities

The following gaps are identified at the date of publication and will be the subject of progressive corrections:

Focus trap in the brief modal. The brief request modal does not yet trap keyboard focus within itself, which allows the user to tab to elements behind the modal. A correction is planned.

prefers-reduced-motion preference. The site does not yet detect the user preference for animation reduction. This detection will be added to allow sensitive people to avoid hero visual animations.

High contrast mode. Although contrasts respect WCAG AA, a reinforced contrast mode (WCAG AAA) is not offered. This improvement is under study.

Complete third-party audit. No accessibility audit by a specialised third-party organisation has yet been conducted. An audit is planned for the second half of 2026.

05

Technologies used

The site is developed with Next.js 14 (React Server Components) and Tailwind CSS. It is tested for compatibility with the main accessibility assistive technologies: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers, keyboard navigation, text enlargement up to 200% without loss of functionality. We test on recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge browsers.

06

Report an accessibility difficulty

If you encounter an accessibility difficulty on the site or one of its features, or if you identify an accessibility defect that we have not listed, we invite you to report it to us via our contact form by explicitly mentioning "Accessibility" in the subject.

To facilitate our processing, please specify:

The page concerned (full URL), the nature of the difficulty encountered, any technical assistance used (screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, etc.), the browser and version used.

We undertake to acknowledge receipt within seven working days and to propose a solution or correction schedule within thirty days.

07

Appeal procedures

If you consider that your report has not received a satisfactory response, you may refer to the competent authority of your country. In Switzerland, the Federal Bureau for the Equality of People with Disabilities (FBED) handles reports. In the European Union, each Member State has a designated supervisory authority under the European Accessibility Act framework.
