These general terms define the conditions of access and use of the site ardencolegroup.com published by Arden Cole Group. Access and use of the site imply full and complete acceptance of these terms.

This site aims to present the firm Arden Cole Group, its methodology, areas of expertise and publications. It constitutes an institutional presentation channel and an entry point for strategic intelligence requests. It does not constitute a transactional platform or an automated service delivery channel.

Access to the site is free and unrestricted, open to anyone with an Internet connection. No prior registration is required for the consultation of public content.

Access to the authenticated client area (app.ardencolegroup.com) is however reserved for clients under active mandate and subject to separate contractual conditions communicated when subscribing to the mandate.

The user is solely responsible for the configuration of their IT equipment, the security of any login credentials, and the proper functioning of their network connection to access the site.

Any circumvention of the contact form's submission limits (rate limit), by use of proxies, automated scripts or repeated IP address changes.
