Cookie policy.
Last updated: 25 April 2026
This site favours a browsing experience without tracking cookies. This policy specifies the few cookies we use, their purpose, their retention period and the means available to control them. It complies with the European ePrivacy directive and the Swiss nFADP.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed by a website on the user's device (computer, phone, tablet) during a visit. It allows the site to recognise the user during subsequent visits, remember preferences or measure audience. Not all cookies are equivalent: some are strictly necessary for the operation of the site, others serve analytical or personalisation purposes that require the explicit consent of the user.
Our approach
Arden Cole Group has made the deliberate choice to minimise the use of cookies on its institutional site. We use no advertising cookies, no individual profiling cookies, and we do not participate in any cross-site tracking ecosystem (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, programmatic advertising).
Our statistical analysis solution, Plausible Analytics, is specifically designed to operate without cookies and without collecting personal data identifiable at the individual level. This posture is consistent with our activity as a strategic intelligence firm: we protect the privacy of our visitors with the same rigour as that of our clients.
Third-party cookies
Our site integrates no third-party scripts placing cookies on the visitor's browser. The analytics and company identification solutions we use (Plausible Analytics, Leadfeeder) rely on alternative mechanisms:
Plausible Analytics uses no cookies. The distinction between unique visits is calculated via an anonymous hash of the IP address and user agent, recalculated daily, which prevents any cross-session or cross-site tracking.
Leadfeeder identifies visiting companies (not individuals) by cross-referencing the IP address with public company registers. No individual personal data is collected by this mechanism.
Cookie control and management
Although we do not use tracking cookies requiring consent, you retain complete control of your preferences at all times:
Browser configuration: all modern browsers allow blocking or deleting cookies via their settings. Consult your browser's documentation (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) for specific procedures.
Plausible deactivation: although Plausible uses no cookies, you can disable the analytics script by activating "Do Not Track" mode in your browser, or by using a script blocking extension.
Leadfeeder deactivation: as an individual identified as a representative of an organisation, you can request the exclusion of your IP address from commercial identification via the contact form.
Modifications
This policy may be modified to reflect changes in the technical solutions used on the site or applicable regulatory requirements. Any substantial modification will be announced on this page with an update of the date indicated in the header.
